*Wall* paper! Eeek! And thos darn crocodile (or alligator?) scrapers don't work at all. And the spray-on pretreatment stuff just wets the plasterboard. Oh, and don't get me started on removing wallpaper from plaster walls ... aaargh!

I curse the name of the person who invented wallpaper.

Your treats, on the other hand, look very nice!

SP10: Ah, so that's what undyed alpaca looks like! I am looking forward to trying that soap...maybe this week, after our new shower is installed. (Yes, I am currently living in DIY House.)

Elan: During my War on the Wallpaper Border, I remembered that when Jan and I were house hunting, we looked at one home in which every room was covered with wallpaper--about four layers of the stuff. And the ceilings were wallpapered, too! We sure dodged a bullet there...

Mark & I have sworn an oath never to decorate with wallpaper after removing it from almost every room in our home. I feel your pain!

Glad you enjoyed the little package. :)

I agree about the fragrance of the soap, I got one for myself as well and can't stop sniffing it.

The B'loonies were just silly fun and the sheep tape measures are really popular at the shop - rumor has it that is measures things in lengths like 7.35" and 12.61" so Sylvia *can* learn some new numbers.

The mini-hank of yarn is undyed 100% alpaca and one of my first go rounds at spinning on my wheel. As you can tell, I've got a lot of practicing to do!
