Oh, the grrrlll thing has gotten to be a big pet peeve of mine too, ugh!

I didn’t vote Nadar in ’96, I chickened out and stuck with Clinton. But I DID vote for him the next time her ran. :-) And the next….and the next….and the…. (my husband just overheard me talking about Nadar and said, “He’s not running AGAIN, is he?”)

re: farting poodle
Why crochet one when you live with one! Doc, my 12-year-old Standard, can let off a “silent but deadly” in the middle of the night strong enough to wake you out of a sound sleep. Anybody who wants the real farting poodle experience, let me know and I’ll make arrangements.

PS Anyone read the picture book _Walter the Farting Dog_? heh

I should add that I hope no one's offended by being called a "Rockin' Girl Blogger." I'm about as anti-girly as they come and, as someone with way more social science training than is good for me, recognize the problems with that word. But for some reason the term girl here didn't bug me as it usually does. Hmmmm. At least it wasn't grrrrrl. That would have made me vomit, I think.
