Back to blogland and catching up! Missed ya!–it’s good to read about what you’ve been up to. I especially like your documentation of the CSA hauls; they make me want to be more adventurous–and organic, and healthy–in my own culinary endeavors. Thanks for the hat links, I will definitely check them out. It’s high summer, but already some mornings hint that autumn is just around the bend.

I agree this is the perfect time to start knitting hats for the upcoming cooler months. They are easy to handle during the hots summers days, unlike big comfy wool sweaters. I know my feet are going to be warm this winter.
