		<description>Blanch the green beans, then freeze them. That&#039;s what I did with my extras this year. I think there&#039;s a food safety reason as to why you need to blanch them first.</description>

		<description>I got way too many green beans from my CSA last summer so I made Dilly Beans.  We&#039;ve enjoyed  them at our picnics THIS summer, so if you&#039;re up for a little canning its a good way to use them up.</description>
